1 Bottle of pain reliever (Tylenol, Motrin, Aspirin..
etc.)

1 Bottle of bug repellant

1 Bottle of sunscreen

1 Bottle of some from of antiseptic (alcohol, bactine,
Neosporin, Iodine or Betadine)

1 Sm. bottle of distilled water

1 Med. box of Band-aids
-
1 Chemical cold pack(2 during the summer)

1 Chemical hot pack

Small pack of safety pins

1 Pair of bandage scissors (multi-purpose knife or shears)

1 Lg. pressure dressing

1 Pair of tweezers or forceps
-
1 Pkg of Water-jell or equivalent burn dressing (VERY
minor burns)

1 (optional) Bottle of meat tenderizer for jellyfish stings.
- It
may be a good idea to carry a travel bottle of Pepto-Bismol,
or Imodium.

A digital thermometer is not a bad idea either (For cases
of hypothermia,
or the more likely hyperthermia.)

A couple packets of some type of powdered sports drink
(Gatorade, PowerAde...etc)

Some type of waterless antibacterial hand cleaner (you
can pick this up at any drug store or Wal-Mart.)
All
of these items can be purchased at your local drug store
or grocery stores.
These are just suggestions, but all of these items could
help in most emergencies.
